RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Ours is a custom clothing Label and every single product is made on order, as per your measurements and preferences. We ensure to provide you the best of quality and each item is designed to perfection as per your likings. Each item passes through quality tests at all stages of its manufacturing and before packaging. We maintain the highest quality standards however, if still the item you have received is defective in any which form, then and only then, it is liable for a return. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at official.onlinehelp@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You will be requested to send the item you consider defective to our warehouse address: 118, Shahpur Jat, Siri Fort, New Delhi, Delhi 110049, upon further investigation, if the claim is found valid, we will process your refunds.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS  (if applicable)

If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at official.onlinehelp@gmail.com, we will help to get it processed as soon as we can.

CANCELLATION

Order(s) can only be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed, if you don’t cancel your order within 24 hours it will be processed in our system. Once processed, we shall not be able to process the cancellation request. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, the same refund will be returned back to the source.

NOTE

It is advisable to make a video of receiving the order till unboxing of it, just as to ensure the claim upon receiving any defective product/packages. That way necessary measures can be taken in time.
