Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 15 - 20 business days

For International orders – All International orders are processed within 7-10 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 25- 30 business days.

Order deliveries will be made between Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping charges:

We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for domestic shipping.

We ship across the world, except for a few, and all orders qualify for international shipping.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are processed on the next working day, similarly orders are dispatched also on the next working day in case of Holidays & Sundays. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item(s) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the item(s) in the order. Shipping cost will be added to the cost of purchased item(s) at the checkout.

This will be the final price for shipping any specific item(s) to the customer.

  1. Returns

No returns are applicable once the item is delivered to the customer.

  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-5 business days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7-10 business days. This may, however, vary depending on different countries' transit policies.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 10 - 15 business days after the order is placed and upon receiving the payment of the same.

Our warehouse operates from Monday – Saturday following standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we try our best to ensure minimum delays to the shipments.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we will be able to take the request at any time, given it is requested before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, any change in delivery address cannot be accepted.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Priyanka Jain will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to the locations without postal services..

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are unable to ship to military addresses. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the amount of out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. However, there can be certain situations which are beyond one’s control, we would try to resolve or come up with the best possible solution in that case, your trust and patience will be highly appreciable. 

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipment provider.

  1. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please do not accept the parcel from the courier agent and get in touch with our customer service.

  1. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website, no additional taxes are charged at the time of checkout.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in the destination country.

  1. Cancellations

Please note that cancellation of the Customer’s order is not accepted once the order is received.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
